Six other drivers involved in the crash were taken to the medical center and nearby hospitals for precautionary examinations, though none are in life-threatening condition. The event gained additional attention due to Max Verstappen's participation, though the four-time Formula One champion was not on track at the time of the accident and his car was uninvolved.
